The garden at Kerneatred extends from the side of the property almost to the tow-path at the Nantes-Brest canal.

Set mainly to lawn, there are several mature trees and shrubs beds, with a large gunnera which returns each year. To one side the lawn is bordered by a laurel hedge, with plenty of blackberry bushes on the opposite side.

The tarmac driveway is accessed through gates at the front of the house and has space for parking several cars, leading to a new 12m2 shed. There is a further shed / summer house positioned on the lawn. Several raised beds are available for growing vegetables, with a laurel hedge separating the driveway from the annex / gite garden.

The annex garden is fully enclosed with panel fencing and stock fencing to the rear.
